Postcard - North Carolina Appalachian Trail

We hiked for a little ways on the Appalachian Trail. The trail actually runs right down the main street of Hot Springs North Carolina. The trail here is quite steep, I can't image how anyone can walk the entire length of it in one season. It's over 2,000 miles long and runs from Georgia to Maine. My little walk was just enough.
